Sales Engineer/Sales Qualifier - Junior or Entry Level
Do you get up every morning with a smile on your face, ready to take on the world? We seek an enthusiastic entry or junior-level Engineer to handle our incoming sales leads for our globally recognized software and related services. The HOMER software optimizes hybrid power systems and is a global standard. You should be enthusiastic, personable, super organized, and motivated. This position requires knowledge of the product and services offerings as well as knowledge of the remote power industry. We will train you, but you should have an innate curiosity and an outgoing personality, with superb writing skills. Most of what you do will be via email. The leads are 100% inbound, from our website visitors and trial users. This is not cold calling.
This is an exciting position for a recent graduate in mechanical or electrical engineering who likes dealing with people. A degree in economics could also be appropriate. Training in the HOMER software would be great, but is not necessary. Our customers are literally from every country in the world, and your job is to help them solve problems. This position bridges our support and sales teams. You should love interacting with people.
